As I said when I am out I take photos. All photos are by me
unless otherwise noted.
I also have some pictures uploaded to the
NERail North American Archive and the
RRPicturearchive sites. At the RRPicturearchive site I have
some detail shots of WHRC (ex CP) RS23 and photos of a GP38-2 and
GP38-2(W). To aid in railfanning in Nova Scotia, Will Lawrence and I
started a railfan page of information for the province and the three railroads
that operate. It is not yet complete as there is no information for the
WHRC yet but hopefully soon I can rectify that soon.
You can find our NS railfan pages
here.
On our way to the
LRM meet in Ohio Dave Will and I stopped in Perry for some morning
festivities before the meet.
Then on our way to Steamtown in
Scranton, we stopped to catch the Nittany & Bald Eagle hauling
train.
While at Steamtown I watched them
get ready to put 2317 away for the night.
Early one Saturday morning in January 2005, my son and
I caught the loaded Gypsum train heading out of Dartmouth.
LLPX 2259 is caught on CBNS trackage in Stellarton, NS on July
9, 2005.
